Shipping policy

Juni Lane primarily offers digital artwork and creative assets. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, no physical products will be shipped.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Products such as seamless patterns, illustrations, clip art, SVGs, digital bundles, and exclusive patterns are delivered digitally.

After your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive access to your files or instructions for downloading them.

Depending on the product, your files may be delivered through:

A download link
Email
A digital delivery service
A secure cloud-storage link

Please refer to the individual product listing for information about what files are included with your purchase.

DOWNLOAD ACCESS

Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is accurate, as important order and download information may be sent to that address.

We recommend downloading your purchased files and saving a backup copy for your records.

If you're unable to access your files or believe something is missing from your download, please contact Juni Lane with your name and order number so I can help.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

Delivery timelines for custom patterns, illustrations, or other custom artwork will vary depending on the project.

Estimated timelines, deliverables, revisions, and final file delivery will be discussed as part of your custom project agreement.

Custom artwork is delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

EXCLUSIVE PATTERNS

Exclusive patterns are also delivered digitally.

Once payment has been successfully completed, the purchaser will receive the applicable artwork files and licensing information according to the terms stated in the product listing or accompanying agreement.

No physical product will be shipped.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

At this time, Juni Lane does not generally sell or ship physical products.

If physical products are offered in the future, the applicable listing will clearly identify the product as physical and provide relevant shipping rates, processing times, delivery estimates, and other shipping information.

THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURING

Purchasing a digital pattern or illustration from Juni Lane does not include printing, manufacturing, or fulfillment of a finished physical product.

If you choose to use your purchased artwork with a fabric printer, manufacturer, print-on-demand provider, or other production partner, you are responsible for placing and managing that order directly with the third-party provider.

Please review the applicable Juni Lane license before providing artwork files to a manufacturer.

DOWNLOAD OR DELIVERY ISSUES

If you have trouble accessing your purchase, receive the wrong file, or encounter a corrupted download, please contact me before purchasing the item again.

I'll be happy to help resolve legitimate file-delivery issues. ♡
